Across Lebanon, our unwavering commitment to services and discipleship, guided by Brother Joseph, remains constant throughout the year. We also benefit from insightful visits by Pastor George Houssney, the founder and president of Horizons International.

Under Brother Joseph's expert guidance, the Coaching Department has initiated coaching sessions for the School of Hope, Tripoli, and Communication Teams, fostering personal and professional growth among our staff.

Our teams are equipped for success through engaging conferences and training programs, such as EQ & DISC. The MEC Leadership coaching team is actively supporting our staff, and the ongoing EQ, 360, A to B, and KPI sessions continue throughout the year.

In the Coaching Department, EQ & DISC training with Coach Joseph Nabil aids our staff in honing their skills and personal development, all aligned with MEC's mission and vision..
